go over to neighbors house
hold a knife up to neighbors neck
force them to give both credit card and pin number to you
tie them up
take food from fridge
go to bank, extract money
and presto, credit card.

credit cards dont have pin # ..... your thinking of debit cards.

just go to any online store and when ur dont picking what u want they will take your billing and shipping address, and the credit card number. put in the numbers on the front of your card buck and thats it. and the exp. date
