I usually use Trillian....so I can see all of them at once. But sometimes I just have MSN running.

I've got google talk working with GAIM. Apparently it uses the Jabber network.
GAIM HAX! |

You too stupid to get GAIM to work or what? I don't have any problems with it.
At least it's not a resource pig like Trillian. I'd rather run one GAIM app than have my system tray loaded with IM app icons, like a 13 year old girl's laptop. "OMG! The buttons in MSN look like CANDIES!" eek: |
Trillian > All
I'm only on my chat programs when I actually want to talk to people, I don't leave it running in the background so any kind of resource issues aren't problems. Plus, Trillian isn't gay. |

I used to love Trillian, but this weak work computer would grind to a halt when I used it.
GAIM is basically the same as Trillian without all the extraneous crap I never used anyway. biggrin: |
GAIM > All
However, I don't like how if i close the buddy list it closes the whole program. |
Mine doesn't do that. If I close the list, it just minimizes to the system tray. Must be a setting in there somewhere.
|
At work i use trillian because it dosent install in the windows registry and i can tweak it so if someone sends me a message i get a little blinking dot in the active process' tab right by the windows clock.
So if you want to be stealth then use trillian |
