its called sarcasm. The nearest starbucks to me right now is downtown in a small little rail depot noone goes to. THe nearest one to my house is 45-50 minutes away. Up here we like cheap fast to make coffee, not shit that takes 20 minutes to prep and cost a kidney.

I pay a 1.19 at the gas station and it owns that shit hard

yeah, any beverage that costs more than $2.50 is overpriced if you ask me, there aren't drinks that are worth that.

theres no way in hell gas station coffee owns gourmet. the coffee itself is enferior. i saw a history of this on the hist channel and the beans used in most domestic brands ( max house, folgers, etc ) is super low quality.

if you pay a buck 19 for shitty gas station , you should just stop by starbucks or some gourmet coffee shop and have a real cup ... im sure you can get a small for around the same price. 20 oz alone at starbucks is a buck 86 here.

c312 02-20-2006 10:54 PM

i dunno, some gas stations are supposed to have some pretty good stuff, and at the price/quality ratio, it could be a smarter buy
