They should be more informed about their neighbour, as we are of them.....in all other cases...america education program is fine except for like not enough money for textbooks andf shit...but nothing more.

banishing to a deserted island is a bad idea, what if a small vessel with unarmed civilians gets shipwrecked on said island and killed by teh banished criminals?
