I dislike extremists. I cant stand when people spout off blanket statements about situations they obviouly dont understand. I also hate it when people will twist others words or statements or take a quote out of context to suit their needs.

Rush fits just about all those statements above, particularly the bit about taking things out of context. Its his bread and butter. The sad part is that most of his followers fall for it hook, line and sinker. But you can go the other direction and find people just as repugnant. Many of the protesters might fit the other extreme, but not all.

Anyone saying bad things should happen to the protestors doesnt deserve the freedoms this country provides them. The authors of our constitution tried to ensure those freedoms because of treatment they received from the monarchy.

Dont try to take any of my freedoms away (or those of the protestors). I would rather live with more risk than less freedom.

Yah only in small groups. Clinton went into Bosnia and Kosovo with out permission of the UN. The only reason there are big protests because Bush is in power. If Al Gore was, it will be like the Clinton years. Since the world love Liberal Democrates then us Right wing Republicans. I bet you US History class never told you that Ronald Reagan had the same kind of protests as Bush doing. Because the world thougth Reagan will pludge the planet in WWIII with the Russians. Well look what happen we won the Cold War, thank you Ronald Reagan. Not like Chriac, that only uses polls to make excutive dessions. Blair might lose his job, hes know that. The Bush and Blair has the coruage defend the world, even the world opinion says somthing else.

I don't know about "everyone else" but I opposed Kosovo. It is obvious to anyone with half a brain that there was no genocide, as it should be obvious that Saddam does not have delivery systems to deliver gas to teh US, those rockets they found have a range of 10 km, they are Katyusha MLRS types.

Yes, Reagan did won the cold war, by how your probaly gona ask. Reagan believed in the idea of peace through strengh. That means rebuilding are military. Then Reagan help create Russia's Veitnam in Afganistan. Reagan won the cold war by makeing the USSR bankrupt!

Mikel Gorbachev ended the cold war, Reagan happened to be president at that time, the only thing Reagan did was insitute Reaganomics or the "trickle down theory" you know, if enough shit trickles down on the poor they will be buried under it and die.
And in what way does Bosnia = Iraq, I do not see the connection.
