It was buy accident actually. The first idea for this contest was making the people into statues. I made 2 layers of the first picture and desaturated the bottom one. I erased the soldiers out of the colored layer and did some lighting and they actually looked like statues, but then i forgot i had to incorporate the ugly soldier. So i said fuck it and just skewed the cutouts of the people, selected the cut outs and nudged em over a few pixels. As for the people i just adjusted the contrast so the would look good when I adjusted their threashold. As for the background I just created three rectangles and rotated them in the form of the German flag.

You're right Pyro, I do have the ability to edit and/or delete post, this is a perfect example.

Desaturate and adjust the levels. Then distort them a little. OooOooOggoomfdmmfomfofomfomfo.
