Miles Davis is alright for "let's get high and drink" kinda listening. But you gotta find some other stuff besides his weird head and cool jazz (for lack of better terms)

D/l some speed jazz, or some jazz-rap.

anyone who lives in the philly area that wants good jazz, 90.1 (idk the letters, but i think its part of npr) plays amazing jazz all night long

i listen to it almost every night for a little while, and i never get the names of these musicians but its just amazing

never heard of 90.1. I know the jazz smooth jazz station in Philly called WJJZ 106.1. I can hardly get it because of the reception though.

Im not really a jazz expert or anything, I know, and like the more Famous artists. Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Chet Baker. All good stuff, but ive never really ventured into the more underground jazz.

90.1 should play all over with different station numbers, if you googled 90.1 philly or something youd probs be able to find a list of the playing areas and station numbers-- trust me itd be worth the search its a great show
