he doesnt understand, hes Canadian[/quote:52886] Speaking of Canadians...is it legal to have two 1861 Enfields? Are they registered? I know when the boys in England had to turn them in it didn't matter if it was a gold plated 1861 black powder revolver. It had to be mashed to pulp. |

Nope. They have to be discharged to be legal I believe...one of them can still shoot the other cannot. And no they arne't registered I don't think. |
... or you get a prohibited license, which isn't easy to acquire... or so I've heard.

Ok, here's my .02
I have 3 hand guns and one shottie: Ruger GP-100 .357 cal Sig Sauer P-228 9mm Sig Sauer P-239 .40 cal Mossberg .20 Ga. I recommend the .40 round for self defense. I'd recommend either a Sig Sauer or Glock in that caliber. If you want to go with the .45, then i'd recommend a Kimber....very nice gun. |
How are the Para Ordinance .45's? I'm thinking of getting myself one.

i want a 12 guage
|
Be sure the cartridges you're carrying fit the penis
you're carrying. It has been known to happen that a hunter with a 12-gauge penis will accidentally try to load a 20-gauge shell; the smaller shell drops through the penis and lodges a few inches down the barrel, and the guy may in the excitement of the hunt think that he must have dropped the cartridge (his mind is playing tricks on him), load a 12-gauge round on top of it... If you're *lucky* you'll just end up blind. More likely dead. |
oOo: forget the caliber of your gun...

I use a Ruger super blackhawk 44 mag. 8" barrel. 240 grain hollow point bullet. Its a fairly big frame but makes quite an impression when it clears its throat. Also fairly expencive to shoot but i sleep better knowing its within arms reach.

he doesnt understand, hes Canadian[/quote:74191] I am sorry. If it gets your hard to look at testaments to human failure. Then for once I "AM" glad to be Canadian" and not understand the thrill of owning a peice of machinery with only one purpose. EDIT. -I have no problem with people owning certain firearms, such as a rifle. What I do have a problem with is someone owning a automatic weapon, or an Assault rifle. |
we have "3,800,000 firearms owners
11,000,000 firearms" in canada and thats alot seeing how our population is only about 36 million. i dont think the fact that someone likes to shoot off a gun is exclucivley american. thats like saying only an american can play football, or only canadians can play hockey. sports are not bound to cultures ans countries |
