Well that is because they're retards if they actually are burn outs....I'm just as motivated to succeed and contribute as the next guy and I smoke weed....
It's probably a combination of factors, you can't just lay all the blame on pot. People have free-will, there is nothing in the drug that forces you to turn into a retard....I'm sick of people laying blame totally on weed.
It's just as bad as the media blaming child criminals on video games/movies etc. |
