me and my stepbro's once burned down our neighbor's shack back in the day. It was full of leaves and branches and we just so happened to have some styrofoam*.. i'll leave the rest up to your imaginations

Did you bother to read the story. For 5 years this kid has been fucking with this guy and his lawn. The kids parents have been involved, but they told their precious little boy that he had the right to tease the old man, to cut through his lawn even though it clearly upset the property owner. In the last 5 years how many times do you think the police were called? I'll bet every time the kid was off the lawn before the cops showed up. I'm not saying that the old guy had a right to shoot the kid, but I am saying that the kid, and his parents were part of the problem.

Now get the fuck off my lawn!

when I was young we were trespassing on this guys land (he had a dog kennel with alot of woods behind it) well we made a fort, we went back to it the next day and found it torn apart. Then the land owner came after us with a shotgun. He shot at us as we were jumping the fence. I got hit but it was rock salt not shot. It burned like hell and I had to have my friend get it out because i wasnt about to tell anyone.

If that happened today the guy would prob get sued. If I told on him my dad would have spanked my ass for trespassing and nothing would have happened to Mr. Perko

Ok, we all agree the kid was an asshole for tormenting his neighbor but didn't need to pay for it with his life. Lets move on and stay off each others lawn.
