As far as I know that would've been impossible. The Pilot can't just change his radio frequency to "CANADIAN DUDES" and say something. It doesn't work that way. Forward Air Controllers are usually the only infantry a Pilot can communicate with.

It is sure simple for the canadian pilots NOT to do it to the Americans.

Hell it almost makes me think America is not thankful for the fact Canada helps them when they're attacked.

have you ever considered that Americans fly about 1000 times as many sorties the canadians do? Friendly fire is bound to happen. dont make me go digging for Canadian instances of friendly fire. Not everything in the world is black and white

Id hate to confuse your BS with facts but wernt those troops somewhere they wernt supposed to be? Werent they firing weapons in an area they were not supposed to be? It was an accident.
