where are the houses most expensive besides Beverley Hills?

there was some house that was the size of a hallway in London that was some extraordinary price. like i mean over $1 million and it didn't even have a kitchen. I'm sure the brits on the board can tell you how expensive it is to live in a place like London.
Any place where there is high population density and not much space. Tokyo apartments are probably extremely expensive too because space is at a premium. |
Manhattan has ridiculous prices as well I heard....I was told an apartment near the park is unthinkable.

Sorry to gravedig a bit but I spent a few weeks in Honolulu last year and was given a tour of the city. We were riding around the "middle-class" areas, where the houses were not spectacular at all, just your average house. Some were about on the level of Nyck's house, and others were way below that. The tour guide said the average price of those houses were $500,000. |

The cost of living (and touring) in Hawaii has skyrocketed over the last decade. |
