More mods would never have been brought on if stuff wasn't getting through that was not intended to get through.

It's not like people are breaking any sort of moderating precedence for this place. We've never allowed videos of real death. We've never allowed pornography. We've never allowed warez discussion. We've always locked threads that have gone completely offtopic. We've always deleted posts to try and keep a thread open if possible.

The only thing that has been borderline - and I'm not even sure this was borderline - was locking the baby abuse thread. But that was pretty graphic in terms of a baby getting beat full force by an adult.

Ironic.

I'm talking about the bitching that people post regarding thread types and content on a regular basis. That and the bitching that gets threads closed. You and I both just got done deleting posts in a thread to keep it from being locked.

As for recommending you for mod. Do you think Zoner or Dragonwraith just woke up one day and said, "Hmm. I'll mod Gerv, Drew and Tony today." No. I PM'd Zoner about a couple of inactive mods and suggested you and Tony as OT mods should the others be removed.

The IRC thing =
Judas has something against everyone in there and doesn't explain himself. Despite this, he idles in the channel 24/7 "slapping" someone every 5 hours.
Occasionally popping up to copy and paste something in there onto the forums....

He also draws typical anti-irc folk, Pyro etc, onto his little weird hate bandwagon and they fuck each other till their anuses rip.
