They both could have worked on the diologue. but Padme really needed to work on hers when she said "Annie, your breaking my heart." That scene made me weep, not from emotion, but from terrible acting.

theres always a damn flaw in a movie, no movie is perfect. mmkay bitches?

Blase 05-22-2005 02:55 AM

Obi-Wans reactions to some of the things Anakin said were disapointing.

If I were Obi-wan I would have told Anakin to just shut the fuck up before I walked over there and bitchslapped him as Anakin was talking about how powerful he was before the big lightsaber duel.

LOL maybe if Obi-wan was being played by The Rock. I thought his reactions were spot on.

ewan was great as obiwan in all the 3 prequels.

Bucknub 05-22-2005 09:44 AM

There was more sexual chemistry between Hayden and R2-D2 than there was between Hayden and my beloved Natalie. Plus, Lucas couldn't write dialogue for a love scene if his life depended on it.

CoMaToSe 05-22-2005 10:11 AM

^^ tru dat. The best love scenes in the original saga were not lucas written or directed.
"I love you"
"I know"
I just saw the movie, and thought it pwned. Definatley the ebst since empire strikes back. tho the opening battle scene seemed a bit hokey, too many jokes compacted into one scene and one scene only.

lasagna 05-22-2005 10:23 AM

first half = ghey
second half = it gave me a orgasm

Nyck 05-22-2005 10:24 AM

rofl Im retarded and just noticed when I was watching it.

Commander Cody leading the clone troopers looks like jango fett, because hes his clone.

FFS I kept seeing all these dudes in xwings blowing up, then Id see him again and be like WTF i thought he died.

well every guy looks the same so that makes sense.

NexusRevived 05-22-2005 10:36 AM

gg finally it all gets summed up. episode one and sort of episode two were stories in their own.

ps did anyone else start cracking up at palpentine when he was in action? the way he sounded and his facial expressions were priceless

Mr.Buttocks 05-22-2005 10:49 AM

One minor thing I hate about Lucas' handling of episodes 1-3 is the way he makes all the various bad droids sound either gay or cartoony. The battle droids are the biggest example of this, they'd be hard pushed to scare an 80 year old woman. (The Buzz droids in ep3 sounded cartoony too.)

Newsflash:The old school X-Wing's looked cool as fuck!

Newsflash:R2-D2 was ubercool throughout the whole flick. rock:
