btw from my hardcore drinking nights [& I had a few with absinthe etc] I usually down 2 pints of water & then try the anorexic girl technique & try to make myself puke by sticking my fingers down my throat. It's pretty gross but after a few times you get to control the bad feeling when you vomit. It's also a lot better than trying to sleep with copious amounts of alcohol still in your system & thinking your bed is in a 20G flat spin.

You should try & puke the water & any alcohol stuff back into the porcelin altar to get as much as left out of your stomach so it doesn't continue to go into the bood stream. Then try drinking a few pints more water.

too late in the thread but to prevent hangovers, keep something to eat around where ever you will be sleeping, along with some juice or water. when you get home, try to eat alot, and drink as much fluid as possible. you'll be fine in the morning.

I find eating anything while drunk/hungover makes me even more sick

Best way to avoid hangovers is to sleep them off. but if for some reason you have to wake up i've found alot of gatoraide and goodys head powder works pretty well. and if you have nothing better to do you can always just start drinking when you wake up, that works well too.
