Don't go to bed when there is still liquor in your stomach....It's pretty hard to judge - but if you think you're gonna be in bed within an hour or so of your last drink - PUT IT DOWN. Otherwise you'll be spinning....and if you're spinning in bed it's pretty likely that you'll wake up with a shitty hangover.

...and someone mentioned gatorade, that shit works a dream, powerade too....and water with a hint of lemon/citrus flavour...

Before bed :
2 Advil + orange Gatorade

Wake up:
2 Advil + 1 beer + big greasy breakfast + many coffees

Should take the edge off anyway.
