Okay I have beaten the Dark Brotherhood quests, the ending was fucking awesome.

It turns out that there is a traitor and you are called for a purification. You kill everyone in the sanctuary and take orders from Lucien directly from hidden drops. After 7 or 8 of them, he appears and starts yelling at you. It turns out that you didn't kill the traitor in the sanctuary, and that you have been killing off members of the Black Hand! Well Lucien himself is suspected of being the traitor, so you try to clear his name. After you find the traitors diary, you report back to Lucien's hide out but the surviving members of the Black Hand already got to him. You then go to the Tomb of the Night Mother and to figure out what to do. After some talking, it turns out that Mathieu is the traitor so you kill him. You then become the new Listener of the Dark Brotherhood. You get your own Speaker who goes out and recruits a few people. Cool huh?

PS: Even if I try to uninstall through the control panel I will get the same error. Also I've changed nothing, I've removed no files, added no mods, changed no settings it just flat out stopped working out of the blue.

if he bought the game, he could return it and exchange it for a different copy. if it didnt work again, it would probably be something with his computer.

my main gripes with the game are,
-short main story, that leaves much to be desired
-some of the cooler scenes from the trailer appear to be left out.
-Last boss is fucking retarded. You dont even have to fight/kill him at all, and he looks like an overgrown ogre.
-only two "semi big battle moments."
-overall not as epic as I hoped for.

do the side quests, it really adds more to the game.

I actually got tired of the fanboy, and pushed him off the edge of the Cloud Temple thing....lol....Then a while later i was walking through the imp city and he is back(later on i learned he respawns)...im like wtf so i kill him(forgetting to be stealthy), get a bounty on my head that i cant pay off......didnt end well for the guards.....lol.

how long did it take you to finish the game...well the main quest? it says ur exact playtime on the save box i think

I didn't go out of my way to finish the main quest (I kept getting sidetracked by all the other quests, improving stats and honestly, just exploring the beauty of Cyrodiil) but I would say it shouldn't take more than 7 hours to complete...

this is a completley irrelavant post made just to bump this topic due to Solidus's request.

Beth said the main quest is supposed to take 20-25 hours. I had 28 hours for completing the main quest and fighters guild quests.

pc is now: p4 3.0ghz, 2 gig ram, x850 xt 256mb radeon...settings are mostly medium to high, no aa

i mean its playable but with these specs i'd expect so much more......what am i doing wrong?

Fook all, the games meant to have some fps isues with outside areas which will (hopefully) be fixed in a patch.

Athlon 64 3000+
1Gb PC2100
Radeon 9000 Pro 64mb

I had to edit the files to even let me play. and on LOW at 800x600 im getting an AVERAGE of 15-20, and during battles more like 7. But its still fun dance:
