What graphics card will be batter, QuadroFX or Gforce FX
Yea, im just wondering err, whats going to be the better card when they come out, the gforce fx or quadro fx, cause i dotn wanna be wasting my money on something thats worse than the other, thanks.
|
Geforce fx isn't worth the money, for all the hype nvidia put into this retarded looking noisy piece of shit its only like 5-10% faster than a radeon 9700 at most. Ud be better off buying the much cheaper 9700 or wait till the new radeon card.
|
actually the cards are the asme price where i live... so im gunna go for that 10% biggrin:

Quadro was built for 3D modeling in realtime. GeForce was built for gaming. I'm really disappointed on the reviews that they got for the FX. cry: |
and also the radeon no matter which model r all shit may have nice specs but between games u get alot of problem issues..my buddy has one and he meesed around with drivers to get workin for mohaa and will not work with most of his other games....ati ..rubbish

What's this QuadroFX thing?
I read in a CGW a couple months ago, that the GeFX needs a seperate PCI slot just for the fan because it gets real hot, real fast. |

No question about it - the GeForceFX 5800 Ultra is faster than the competition from ATI's Radeon 9700 PRO in the majority of the benchmarks. However, its lead is only slight, especially compared to the distance that ATI put between its Radeon 9700 PRO and the Ti 4600. Still, when compared to its predecessor, the GeForce4 Ti, the FX represents a giant step forward. [/quote:d89a0] |

I wonder if it's loud..I know I can hear mine from the Ti4200. |
