1. to your left theres a series buttons. in between the "tab" and "shift" keys theres a button named "capslock" press that button

2. do you have a download accelerator? try find out where it downloads if you do. or go to "find -> files or folders" and look for the file that you downloaded

Try explaining exactly what is happening, not just a run-on sentence that you cannot download. What does it do when you click it? Any error msgs?
