Favortie Coffee @ starbucks
bought me a pound today ... my all time favorite.
Tanzania Peaberry - Tanzania coffee is grown on the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro and is rich and mellow with delicate acidity. Coffee beans usually are two beans that form a nut but on occasion a small round bean is produced, this is a Peaberry. Peaberry's are preferred by many coffee connoisseurs. Peaberries are a natural phenomenon created when one seed instead of two forms inside the coffee fruit. Some people believe peaberries are sweeter and more intense than their dual bean counterparts. We also like them becase their round shape helps them roll around in the roasting bin making for a nice even roast. This coffee is medium bodied with a milder acidity than our other African offerings. The aroma is delicately floral and the finish light and sweet. http://www.starbucksstore.com/products/ ...
