Very expensive to buy/maintain.

You need 3 toner cartridges which are very expensive to buy each.

Hp makes excellent units as well as Konica minolta

HP has a basic color laser for like 399

dunno if you have a staples around you but they usually have killer deals on color lasers

you are better off getting an inkjet printer, they are cheaper to maintain and dont get as hot.

how the fuck do you figure. That printer there is 300 bucks after rebated

the color cartrdiges are 77 a piece for 1500 pages

so 231/1500 color pages is 15 cents a page

94/4500 for black = 2 cents a page

Inkjets are usually like 30 cents a page

If a corona in the the laser printer gets scratched, you have to replace the cartridge, or else every printed page will get that scratch. With an Inkjet, if there are errors on the page, a head cleaning will fix that.

You can get a good inkjet printer for about 70$.
