Thats the problem with a vid uploader, its nearly impossible to keep track of the content being uploaded especially on a site as popular as youtube.

Well, when it was just Youtube it was flying under the radar. Now that Google owns them it is getting more attention from people other than Nyck. ;)

BTW - I say congrats to Viacom. What cracks me up is youtube puts "Copyright YouTube" at the bottom of each page on their website but they don't give a crap about anybody else's copyrights.
