Maybe they havent completely finished off modelling the eyes/heads ?? Will the eyes move in their sockets like in SoF 2 ??

I believe that those screenshots are from a pre-E3 build. The wierdness you can see in the first two shots has been fixed.

Pre E3 ?? so EA are holding out on the good stuff huh ?? That just burns me to no end !!!
