That pic is real. Letterman really DID spray Richard Simmons with a fire extinguisher. I think that was a couple of years ago.

I watched that episode... Simmons wasnt even pissed. He just acted extreamly gay and let it slide. It was funny as hell.

You know when he calls out the guest then goes and shakes there hands or in the case of women hugs them? Well Simmons got the fire extinguisher. Laughed so hard i cried.
