I forgot my password and I am logged on....forgetting my password means I can't change the email address...help?

TIRED AS FUCK..I havent had a day off from anything for a few months...its either drive to class, work, or whatever else you can think of. My mom had surgery last week so ive been taking care of that too. How about yourself
