I'm not a big rap fan but i grew up with Run DMC and it's a shame he was murdered like that. The man had a wife and three children to support. Now those kids are without a father and the wife is now a widow. They'll catch the killers and i'm curious what the motive will turn out to be. From what i know and heard of Jam Master Jay, he was a good clean-cut guy.

They brought rap from the underground to the top of the charts and made some great music, it's sad he died this way. I can't belive someone would kill a legend like that. Not to mention right in the studio. I hope whoever is responsible for this death will die a disturbing death.
