TeamGOD - Why Legal Action WILL Hold
 

Read the following posts. While reading, keep in mind that their site admin and forum moderators regulate the use of their clan tag in forum member names. That being said, this legally binds their statements to their organization. Including the following statements of intent to engage in illegal activities:

There should be a law that works like the movie Casino, when they catch a hacker they bust their house, hold them down, and drive a hammer through their hand, or cut it off with chainsaw. That'll teach them biggrin:

The TeamGOD admin were so scared by what I posted in regards to the actions I am taking, not only did they ban me (as was expected), but they edited the post so the rest of their members wouldn't go running.

Just an update on the actions I'm taking against TeamGOD.net

No response from their web host as of yet.

Their forum mods have gone from trying to mock my post, to editing it, banning me, and deleting the other ones to hide them from their members.

People from TeamGOD are already begging me not to have the site closed because there are good people that get together there and the admins don't deserve to go to jail.

I request that before you take any further legal action, you submit a petition to be digitally signed by others that have been the target of their malicious and abusive actions. My entire clan, and several others would be more than happy to offer any proof, testimonies, or assisstance we can provide. This should be a class-action lawsuit. I've just bookmarked this thread. Thanks for your interest, and if this goes to civil courts, our legal counsel will definitely be seeking class-action suits from anyone with proof.

However, I'm not doing this just to fatten my wallet. Which is why we're seeking criminal charges first. I want this to stop, not to make cash. Because of the nature of our charges, your evidence would be inadmissable. We've had to go through the FCC to make sure our's will be.

Again, thanks for your interest, and if we lose in criminal court, I will be posting contact information for a class-action law suit.

On a side note, if anyone else would like to initiate a class-action lawsuit, please feel free to do so if you feel you have the evidence necessary to win. My counsel and I simply don't have the resources to do both at once.

We'll gather what we can, and see what we've got afterwards. In the meantime, I signed the petition, and I hope it helps. I agree completely with your viewpoint. We've been attacked by TEAMGOD on more than one occasion, and I for one would be pleased by their being shutdown. When they go down (and they will, it is only a matter of time), I want to be there to watch.

I know for a fact that laxplaya cheats even though I have never played him. HE is a frequent on the MPC forums. Also, even though GOD crashed your servers, you still wont do anything to them in court.

Im sure it will do some good but they will be back!!!!!!

i posted the forum link on our website and the url for the petition. we have a relatively high volume of traffic (110K+ hits/month), so it should help ya out.

Man i'd die laughing if they got shutdown from a legal action. BTW: I hope cookie monsters reading this.

Um...Thats pretty easy to explain, people pay hard earned money for dedicated servers, which are crashed by cretins like these. Over time people could get fed up enough to drop subscriptions to such servers in turn taking money away from companies who lease them til eventually we're left with crap servers run off someone comp in their basement on a cable conx to play on......A bit extreme yes, but ask yourself this "do you have the cash to waste on a server some jerkoff is going to come in and crash on you?" if so, hey hand it here brother I'll gladly take your money!
