Canadian Forces Sigs: anyone want one?
 

Hey,
I'm taking custom Canadian Forces (modern or historic) sig requests if anyone wants one. I have many current and WWII (mainly reenactors, but some original as well) Canadian Forces pics.

Make your request in this thread, be as specific as possible, and if you want a specific pic on it, be sure to tell me where I can find that pic.

For an example of my work, just look at my sig.

I will try to get the sigs done as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

I will only say this once: I will only make CANADIAN FORCES sigs for now, as I have many modern and historic Canadian Forces pics already downloaded. I don't have time to run around looking for other stuff, maybe in the future, but not right now. Also, to prevent people from taking credit for my hard work, I will place a very small "redhawk" emblem in the corner of the sig, sorry, but I don't want others getting all the credit for my work.

oh, and by the way, just to avoid any pointless arguments, anyone who whines to me about only making Canadian Forces sigs, or the little "redhawk"emblem I will be placing in the corner of all the sigs I make from now on, will be shot. evil: (just kidding, but, seriously, please don't complain)

the name can be any colour, font, size, style, etc.
I can even make it arched, wavy like a flag, and stuff like that

just a question but arn't the guys in the center from 1st para which was british not canadian?

They are actully from the 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion that was a part of the 1st para.

Just a little update for those who have already requested sigs:
Okay, I've gotten a few PM's from people who want a sig as well as the request by Innoxx in this thread. I'm kinda tired right now, but I'll gather up some pics tonight and start working on the sigs tomorrow. Most of them should be done by monday evening, or tuesday afternoon as I have classes on monday.

Making sigs isn't really hard at all, the only hard part will be trying to decide which of my MANY canadian CADPAT soldier pics to use biggrin:

I've got a lot of diffrent kinds.

Doesn't matter, just pick one that suits the sig.

Good job on the 'nuck military sigs...GO CANADA!

Just a little tip (if you want one): try making something in the foreground of yer sigs opaque. Everything seems to be semi-transparent. An opaque soldier or something in the foreground will give your sigs more punch.

I would tend to agree. Also, you might want to try saving it with less compression, so the image is cleaner.

I've gotten most of the sigs done and delivered, but I still have a few more to make (school keeps cutting into my sig making time) they should all be done by the end of the day.

Plus, I am pleased to announce that I have created a CADPAT font pattern, and will be using it on most of my sigs from now on.
