My dad works for Netgear technicle support and they get calls transfered from India! ed: He says its a real bitch, if you thought having stupid people was hard try stupid angry people with a thick accent biggrin:

"I want to get connected to the internet... and I have the disk right? So I
put it into my radio and it won't work. It just reads one track! I can't play
it! What's wrong!?"

"Sir, the CD goes into your computer's cd drive..."

"What!? No one told me I needed a computer to get the internet! What the
hell is this!?"

"Ummm... hold on while I transfer you to the business office."


Think that's bad ? It is... but that's nothing: wasting 45 minutes of your
life trying to walk someone through configuring their fucking POS machine
in an effort to get them on the internet is about the worst fucking thing I
can imagine someone asking me to do now...
