I'll wait. They have yet to make a good film out of any of Stephen King's books(the books are good), in my opinion.

Muff Diver 02-27-2003 10:09 PM

yeah, it looks kinda typical of horor movies

guarnere 02-27-2003 10:38 PM

Uh, The Shawshank Redemption? The Green Mile? Stand by Me? Apt Pupil?

Pretty kick ass movies if you ask me, and Hearts of Atlantis looks pretty cool...

EasyTrick2.0 02-27-2003 10:51 PM

I'll rent it this weekend. That stars Morgan Freeman, right?

Von Paulus 02-27-2003 11:14 PM

Yeah, Morgan Freeman is Red, and Tim Robbins is Andy...

In my honest opinion it was better than the book itself...

Old Reliable 02-27-2003 11:16 PM

cameltoe 02-28-2003 12:14 AM

Judas 02-28-2003 12:19 AM

i read it. not all that spooky really. the trailer makes it look much more than what it is. i dont think ill be paying to go see it . . . ..

Tripper 02-28-2003 01:34 AM

Who are the 4 people that have been in ww2 movies?

Akuma 02-28-2003 04:52 AM

I read the book on Dreamcatcher. It wasn't that good... not King's normal level of greatness. Though it might make a better movie than book.
