Christ! 10 year old beats a 3 year old to death
 

WOODBRIDGE, N.J. -- A 10-year-old boy is under arrest, charged with luring a 3-year-old boy from a library, beating him with a baseball bat and sexually assaulting him before dumping his body in a drainage ditch.

The victim, Amir Beeks, died Thursday morning, authorities said.

The 10-year-old, who was not identified by authorities, is charged with murder, felony murder, kidnapping, illegal weapons possession and aggravated sexual assault.

He appeared before a Family Court judge in New Brunswick on Thursday and is being held in the Middlesex County Youth Detention Center.

Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce Kaplan said the 10-year-old cannot be tried as an adult.

He faces a sentence of up to 20 years on the murder charge, but could serve a longer term if he were convicted on the other charges and the judge were to impose consecutive sentences.

Kaplan said the 10-year-old and the 3-year-old were at the Colonia Library in Woodbridge at 4:25 p.m. on Wednesday. The older boy did not know the younger boy, Kaplan said, adding that a motive in the attack remains unclear.

The 3-year-old was at the library with relatives, Kaplan said.

Beeks was found face down in a drainage ditch within walking distance of the library at about 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Paramedics rushed him to JFK Hospital in Edison, where he remained in critical condition on life support until 11:16 a.m. Thursday when he was pronounced dead.

Kaplan said the cause of death has not yet been determined, although it appeared the boy had been beaten with the baseball bat.

Similar situation but with two 10-12 year olds killing a similarly aged boy in the UK a good few years ago.

The two killers have finished their shortened jail sentance (both of which were treated very well and given video games, TV and comfortable cells to live in at the cost of the UK public) and have been granted new identities and given grants and new lives (all again at our cost) to protect them from the public who would kill them on sight.

The two killers lured him away from his parents in a shopping centre, took him to a nearby place and tortured him before beating him to death.

They served about 7-8 years in "prison".

All the people who supported their release said that they did not know what they were doing because they were children and should not be kept in prison.

Weirdly enough I knew kids in my school who would be cruel enough to cause harm to other kids, as a lot of kids can be, and perhaps even some of them would be twisted enough to "hold hostage" to another kid.

But never would you see or imagine any of them going so far as to kill.

The sad thing is they've hardly been punished for it. I've seen some idiots say they've missed out on their teen years and they will have to live with it for the rest of their lives and such.

I don't think Prison would help.....I think some kind of Mental Institution would be the perfect place for rehabilitaion.....I mean, at that age, with no motive, kids MUST have something fucked up in their head to kill another kid......
