wow, what a game with philly and toronto! THAT, my friends, is what NHL Playoff Hockey is about! It was great. Belfour had 74 or 75 saves! Flyers had control the whole time, yet they couldn't put the damn puck in the net until the 3rd overtime! I think if the Flyers get passed the first round, they definately won't make it to the confrence finals.....they just suck in post-season play.

Coleman, we both share the opinion that ALL Pennsylvania pro-teams suck in the Playoffs.

well, i actually had hopes for the Eagles in the NFL playoffs. I really thought they were going to win. The funny thing is that was "their year". They are going to lose all of their best players now because of contract stuff. That was their last chance and they blew it.

Maybe once they get the new Stadium they'll get their act together and figure out this City actually cares about them...Hmm, hopefully the Flyers do some good.

When the skated into Belfour, i specifically remember seeing a flyers try to go inbetween the net and belfour to get down the ice. Belfour was out of his crease and really had no reason to stay out there. It might have been Simon Gange...i'm not sure. Anyway, Belfour should have been penalized for "unsportsmanlike conduct" for faking a small nudge. He freakin' flies over like he got hit by a bus full of the KFC touring club. Jesus, he can't act for shit.

I gurantee toronto gets knocked out by philly, and good for whoever bought that stick to the face. I love roenick, hes a great player.

Checkmanek does equal shit....i'll agree with that one. He tries to be Ron Hextall and get out of the net. He thinks he's a winger or something...one of these days, Toronto is going to score an easy goal cause Checkmanek is out of the net.

BUT, the only reason Toronto was good was because of Belfour....that's the only reason. If you have a good goalie that is on a roll, your team is going to own....no matter what.

gg ducks. For whatever reason seems like you Toronto fans hate Detroit. I said this last year during the playoffs, Leafs are my 2nd favorite team. That seems to be the consensus here in Detroit too. All my friends are pulling for Toronto now. Teams I hate: Devils, Avs, Stars. Toronto series has been the best so far, although I haven't payed any attention to the Tampa Bay/Washington games (who cares anyway). I don't know who to root for when the Colorado/Anaheim series comes up (Avs will win for sure). I hate Colorado, but I respect their talent. I hate the Ducks for ruining the playoffs... Anyhow, my picks for the East/West finals: East NJ/Toronto(good luck with the Sens) West Colorado/Dallas. Funny that the 3 teams I listed as hating I've picked to get to the finals. I'd rather see Tampa Bay in the East and St. Louis in the west. Ohhhh NHL how I love you
