What happened to Dike
 

In BoB, Episode 7 (The Breaking Point), what happened to Lt.Dike? Was he killed? Because they say they lost a bad leader and such, and they never say though what happened to him. I assumed he was killed when they showed a haystack blow up from an 88. Can someone help me here?

I don't think he was killed. I was never under that impression. I don't recall anything in the book either.

He probably moved on up the chain, as he was not pleased to be there, or more likley removed since it was evident that he could not handle the company and Spiers could do a better job.

Yeah Jimmy Falon or whatever. I don't really watch him on SNL cause i don't watch that show, but I knew who he was. He just didn't fit in. He couldn't really play a convincing serious person since hes always protrayed as a funny man since hes a comeedian.

Dike, if you watch, retreats to the rear, but dunno what happens to him. I guess you gotta read the book to find out.

lt. dike just got pulled out in place of spiers and yes you are right that it didnt ever say where he went or if he died but he was a crap leader. in the book..............well im not yet done reading it so i wouldnt now. im positive that he DIDNT die in the town of foy buy i may be wrong oOo:

Damian Lewis did a great job as playing Maj.Winters. He never talked in monotone, he acted like he was in a war, he played a good part!
