i saw a part of the movie today on tv. it was the part where they're in the pt boat and they've just arrived to the place where the playboy helicopter landed, and it's raining right now. was that scene shown 2 times during the movie? and what's the reason for that.

In Apocolypse Now Redux, the PT boat crew runs into the Playboy Bunnies a second time. It is an interesting scene....pretty disturbing actually. Show's how fucked up people can get.

The first time they run into the Playmates and their chopper it's at night and they are putting on the show. Later in the movie, they run into the Playmates and their chopper again, only it's during the day and it's raining. That's when the shit gets weird.
