so i hear. i also hear there is no solos :( that would dissapoint me. im into kill em` all but that was out in like 1981 i think and that OLD lol. apparently there new bass player (the 4th horseman) is amaizing.

un-mixed versions of the album leaked out, i heard it's release date was pushed up to this thurs.! anyone else hear that?

nothing has leaked yet, except maybe the title track, St. Anger, which has a video. The album release is now June 5, not 10. There are no Solos, but ive heard some clips of the songs, and theyre nothing like loads, theyre kindof like kill'em mixed with And Justice For All. dont go bashing the new album before it isnt out, because it now cool to bash metallica. just because they released 2 sucky albums(which were recorded at the same time, so its really 1 album) and sued napster.. like kazaa isnt better anyway? I guess im just angry because everyone is so ignorant.. anyone who likes rock, and thinks linkin park or one of those rap/rock bands are better than metallica is just a dumbass who watches too much MTV *rant* *rant* *rant*

i agree with you all the way Corrodiate i love the older stuff. mostly punk and rock like misfits and metallica. i sono what all the new "punk" bands are doing they are all posers (good charlotte or some shit) i lauh at these girls at school claiming they are so PUNK and i laugh at them cause they are goodie goodies who change there image overnight and dir there hair and they claim to be "punk"

Better than the last, but it's not as "engulfing" as their old shit. Only 11 tracks though, and only a couple are actually tolerable.

St. Anger is an ok song.

As long as their songs are still 7 minutes long, and resonably good refrains, then I'll still get it. I think this album will sell really good because everyone is curious on how Metallica still sounds. Seeing as how "Jamz" completely sold out it might be a bunch of tracks that are fittable for radio.(i.e. no swears or hardcore tracks.)
