Ok, I know the tradition with these kinds of threads is for everyone to start belittling the screenshot by saying things like "OMG so what they're noobs" or "Who cares, anyone can do that" or even worse "I can beat that score easy, noob" and so on... However, I truly wonder why you actually posted this?

I mean, Axis on Omaha and shotgun. Not much of a challenge, really, Webb, even if you didn't camp in the choke area.

To add insult to injury you only managed 66 kills in 20 minutes (providing you played from the beginning of the map).

That's awful. Just because you won, it doesn't make that score special.

Now, if you were Allies, using rifle/BAR, and had a screenshot of you number one then perhaps it'd be worthy of the title "King of Omaha". Ok, so you were king of that server, but that's it biggrin:

The main point of my post was this: You're not King of Omaha, you're just king of that server.

The rest was just me being harmlessly sarcastic.

I suppose we could play a one v one, but I don't need to prove myself to anyone, Webb, it makes little difference to me whether you're better or not.

Also, ping would be an issue due to our location. If you were serious about this then it would have to be a two-leg thing, your server, my server. And that would ruin it as a competition, because one of us would be laggy and the other would have zero ping.

Anyway, it's a nice score. I just don't think it shows much, particularly without deaths showing. Screenshots rarely do.

All they show is that you were the best in that server at the exact time the shot was taken. Nothing more.

I'll try to be less negative, sorry biggrin:

A demo, no matter how it is edited, shows a string of good shots, rather than just static numbers on a screen. It also shows little more than the fact that you were better than the players you recorded yourself killing, I'll agree, but it still shows more about how well you play than a screenshot ever can.

When even a shitty quality Dvix lasting only 2 minutes takes up around 40MB, who the fuck wants to waste disk space by showing themselves dying?

Come back to me when you persuade EA to add the demorecord option then I'll record a demo of me in a shit-hot server, playing at full CPU performance, with deaths and all (rather than me in an average server with 25 FPS struggling not to produce an avi bigger than Manhatten).

Until then, feel happy in the knowledge that your derrision of my demo really, really hurts.
