umm, select the whole thing, then go to Edit > Stroke and pick 1 pixel width, Outside and the color black. You should be to figure it out

After you do what he says, get the biggest brush make it black or white, or any color u want you border to be and just go over the whole sig

just do this

1. Create new layer

2. Right on image, select all

3. Select > modify > add border > 1 pixel

4. Get paint bucket tool and click on the image.

Voila, border.

Meh, pretty cool. You should blur the bg and make the guy sharp, it would look cool. And take off the outer glow.
