Does anyone know where I can find a guide to set up a phpfourm? Or, can someone help me with setting it up?

you cant just upload it to a server...not all servers support mysql, phpbb, etc

i had to install all mine seperatly on my system

its really easy actually....you just read the install instructions that come with each thing and its that simple
