always hook up to the frame
i would hate to be that guy |
dumb ass. lets attach this hook to the 5mph bumper. Oh while where at it lets have a 2wd truck pull me out. Oh and a dumb ass driving it. Idiots. all of them are fucktards
|
Wow, total idiots.
1) Never use any type of rope, only chains. 2) Instead of pulling the bitch into snow MORE, try putting the truck near the cameraman, jackasses. 3) If he even did get out, he would of probably floored it into the truck. 4) Hey genius, try getting your retarded friends standing around to PUSH while you DRIVE. hake: |

LOL exaclty what a bunch of fucksticks. lol |
straps are OK for pulling, used them many times. Nothing works like a chain though. Attach to frame FRAME frame. When evre I pull someone out I always have them attach it to thier vehicle so I am in no way responsible for damage

nothing like poping the rope that your using because you didn't want to carry a chain. happy: rock:

What he said. Who said I'd carry them? Have them at home for when one of your buddies calls you when he's in a rut. This isn't exactly rocket science. |
There are straps made for towing, and work fine and are of course much lighter.
That vid is pretty funny. And that would totally suck. that car is pretty much a write off now. anyway, the guy was pretty stupid as pointed out. Hes backing stright into the bank, getting more stuck when he should have been pulle the other way. |
1990 - 1993 Geo Storm 2 door, FWD. $12 Dollars to fill her up...and get 230 miles per tank ;D
|
sounds like my aries. dump in 10$ on the E & it goes over 1/2 a tank.
|
Lol, what a bunch of idiots.
|
my van has 35 gallon tank and gets the same mileage as a tank!

This isn't exactly rocket science.[/quote:dac8f] LOL Trying to tell a redneck how to get people unstuck. A tow rope at home is worthless. I never get stuck at home. I have pulled big full size 4 wheel drive trucks out of nasty mud holes with ropes on numerous occaions. Mind you, not your mothers clothes line, but heavy duty braided tow ropes (made for the job), or 2 inch thck nylon snatch ropes (these have their own set of danger, but they have special uses too). Chains are usually too short and/or heavy and my tow rope folds down to about the size of a lunch box, doesnt rust and get you filthy just for looking at it. Simple rules - dont stand near the rope when under pressure and dont get between the vehicles. As you said, its not rocket science, but then again, if it was easy, yankees would do it. cool: |
