I saw a preview for this movie yesterday, comes out April 15th I think.

I assume its about The Alamo in Texas, looks pretty good.
Sorry I can't find a link to the movie, all I got was The Alamo site in texas when I did a search, if anyone oulcd find a link, please post it.

I heard kill bill got pushed back to april of this year. I dont know if i will see the alamo, but Troy and Alexander look awesome as hell.

The alamo was suppose to come out at christmas, but aparrently they screened it to a bunch of people and the people said it was boring as shit so they pushed the date back and re-filmed the ending so it was more exciting. Stupid way to do a monie in my opinion. Thats what's wrong with hollywood. They don't know what people want to see. They just throw a bunch of ideas into the ring and then ask people if they like it. And if they don't they change it. Thats why I respect independent films a lot more. these guys don't have the opportunity to screen films infront of people. Their story has to be good enough stright from their head.

Miricale looks pretty good,u know the hockey movie,corrcet me if im wrong but wasnt it the russians we beat for the gold medal?

Or they make the previews look good, through in some action sceens with catchy music.

Like that "You got Serverd" and "Honey." Honey had hot celebs, and a popular song, you get the idea.

The US played Finland for the Gold medal in '80. They had to beat the USSR to get there.

This movie will piss every Canadian off. It's American propaganda at work. Everyone knows Canada is the first nation of Hockey, but nobody is going to make a movie about the summit series in '72, or our 7 gold medal wins at the olympics, or our 5 stright gold medals from '93 to '97 in World Jrs.

Here's a couple facts about the movie:

During filming at a residence of the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, rowdy residents disturbed filming by hanging USSR flags in the residence windows, reporting the shoot to the fire marshal, yelling distracting taunts at the actors, and even stealing 'Kurt Russell' 's chair.

To rally the crowd of Canadian extras to cheer for the American Olympic team, First Assistant Director Pete Whyte held up a Canadian flag and skated around the ice of Vancouver's PNE Agrodome, waving it wildly.
