Well I have this one friend who thinks he is German. He is, but I think he took majority of the French or someother nationality of his ancestors.

Can you be "pure" German with "dark" skin, brown eyes and brown hair?? He's trying to tell me he's "aryan" blood but I laugh at that considering he looks like a god damn indian.

This topic might be stupid but I just need to make sure I'm right here.

Then he tells me he's Scottish too, and he is... but again I don't see any Scottish in him, lol. Looks like he took majority of the French, but then again I don't see many Frenchmen with dark eyes, hair and skin. He must be part italian or something.

I have a friend who is mostly mexican but has a french name.

im german and i have brown hair and brown eyes....if hes german...and looks 'indian' then hes only a little german

German's don't have to be aryan.

Only hitler(and his followers) believed the third reich were the elite race...who were aryan. And just because several germans have aryan traits, several others still from different areas of 'gaul' or germany can still have dark hair and dark eyes.

I'm like 25% sweedish, some german, some irish, and some other things, but I have brown hair.

My eyes aren't dark though, lol. My eyes change colors. Supposedly it doesn't produce enough pigments and so therefore my eye color is affected by what I'm looking at, what light colors/refracting light colors. Very interesting to just look into my own eyes, heh.


edit after reading another post: Actually if he looks kind of indian, than he may be a descendent of an aryan. Aryans invaded South asia area (india) around 1500 B.C. I believe, and they created all those caste systems and shit, so don't you think it's very plausible some lightskins got together with darker skinned 'indians' (not native americans)

The main line of my family has been traced to 1700s Prussia, and all of my family back to my great-great grandparents (except for my great-grandmother, who was Cherokee Indian) can trace their lineage at least to 1800s Germany. And I have brown eyes and brown hair. Just FYI.

if your friend has dark skin and looks mexican then he's obviously not aryan and is in fact untermensch.

You can tell what nationality he is by his kiss. You should just make out with him.

yup... the 'aryan' people were non-semetic speaking peoples that settled in northern India, around the time you suggest. But the caste system goes back much farther in southern India. The 'aryan' people likely spred over much of India and what is now Iran. It was the word they used to name thier cultures. The language part is important because 'aryan' is related to indo-european languages (e.g. Old Persian, Vedic, Scythian) which later were subject to racism by other ancient cultures. I think Hitler used this name because of the fact that Hebrew is a semetic language, and he draws a paralell to the non-semetic speaking ancient peoples. Which i believe also explains why so much of the Third Reich is based on ancient Roman histoy/myth. So the people of germany are not truly 'aryan' in any situation. Hitler seems to have perverted the true meaning into something else, look at hitler, he isn't blonde. Many german people have dark hair and complections, i know a guy like that too.

btw... 'aryan' is now generally refered to as 'Indo-Iranian'...

If you are born in Germany, you would be German, no? If his parents or relatives were born in Germany or Scotland than he would be German-Scottish. If he is over here, then I guess he would just be American with a German/Scott background. He's basically a mutt just like everyone else. oOo:

Are you familliar with the term " Black Dutch " ?

This term should only be familliar if you are really that old or were raised around folks from a " traditional " up-bringing.

The term dates back to Roman Times , and was used frequently up until about the 1920's or so.

If you have a Old Great Aunt or something along those terms you may have heard of it.

Anyway ,

The Dutch part does not refere to the Netherlands as it does today , it is the english equivilant of Deutsch , or German.

So it would translate to Black German.

This came to be during the Roman Empire , The Empire could not trust the tribes to the north. Nor the people of the territory it conquered. I forget which Emporer it was , but they had an idea.

They would import solgiars from Africa and have them work as soldiers in the territory that is now Germany.

These Soldiers were intiitled to have wealth , land , and of corse local women.
A mixed bread developed , now since Africans in later years were slaves , the term Black Deutsch would explain that you were not a slave , you had rights.

As people found freedom in the new world , so did the Black Deutsch.
