Does anyone know how to disable those fucking annoying Messanger service things that come up that have writing and a grey background? cause i just reformatted and had this problem last time, but i can't remember how to disable them!

start/settings/control panel/administrative tools/services/right click on messenger and click stop...

thats if you are on winxp
