1. all you did was take some brushes and change the color

2. daffy, nice filter...i know exactly what it is

1. I dont use brushes at all.

2. I spent about 20 mins w/ the lasso and the hue sliders.

3. Know what your talking about b4 you speak.

The .psd is 6 layers, all w/ different opacities/blends and different hues.

2. that is a print, which means it is a photo for sale and dev art rules strictly state not to use prints in any way shape or form unless you buy them

There are many ways for you to obtain an image that isnt under copyright. Which means you dont have to take other peoples hardwork and throw some shitty texture on it. Who gives a shit about copyrights? Maybe the artists who just spent hours creating a peice for you to defile with lackluster photoshop edits.

I never did anything with any of the images you linked to. I saw the pic and thought Fuji might like it, so I sent him the link. I NEVER claimed that these images were mine (and nor did Fuji). We are doing the same thing every single other person here is doing. Almost everything is copyrighted. When I said who gives a shit, I meant that you seriously live in constant fear of breaking someone's copyrights? You never download music because you are concientious of "stealing" it from them? Or grab a picture because you want to mess with it in Photoshop to try and better yourself? I mean for christ sakes, he isn't even using that in a sig.
