Quebec has influences from France and Canada, both not for the war in iraq. I can see 64% being a reasonable percentage. However when i was in my teens i believed everythign a teacher told me or the weather man reported ... and now i've learned neither of them are always right.

i can see now Canada not being for the war, but back when Bush was yacking about WMD's before the war, the Canadain government said they would support if the US did that whole UnitedNations thing, but the US wanted to go to war right away for some reason.
