there is a switch inthe back
make sure it's flipped on make sure the power plug is on was it on the whole time perhaps it was like a thunder storm or something..... if that's the case it could be a list of things mb - psu usually when the psu goes the mb can go too |

Maybe it has to do with somethign else. Maybe a fuse blew in that area of your house, or something. Before you buy a new PC, get it checked out first.

I had the same problem. It turned out to be my surge protectors switch was off. How it got there- Who knows?
|
I got an electrical surge once and it blew my mobo. so your mobo could be fucked up.
|
lighting maybe?
|
That happened to a blender I had once. I openned it up and found that a roach had gotten into the electric motor. I pulled it out and put the blender back together, but when I turned it back on it went snap! crackle! pop! and caught fire......
Hope this helps. |
to you have a surge protector? maybe you need to reset the protecter via that little button.
|
that gay brazilian flag guy killed it

I have my monitor/printer/lamp etc... plugged to the surge protector. The only thing that doesn't work is the PC. Funny thing is when I 1st turned on,the little red led under the power button came on for a second, then I tried back again nothing happened. annoy: |
open up the comp and re-attach all power connections

Huh I'll try that,I already took the PS off. cuss: |
Take your PC over your mates house and borrow his power supply outa his machine. (Or if you have a PC there, just whip its PS. out and test it.) If it still doesn't work then, then it must be your mobo or cpu.

ya, easiest way to figure out whats broken is process of elimination also, did you flip the little red switch on the bag?? under the on/off one? it changes voltage or some shit . |
Yes I've done that.I will try the Power suply,if that doesn't work I'll just buy another pc. eek:
