guarnere 10-14-2004 07:35 PM

Merlin122 10-14-2004 07:37 PM

John Kerry's strength: Not George Bush

George Bush's strength: Not John Kerry

You decide.

TGB! 10-14-2004 07:38 PM

Holy fucking god. How many times can the Democrats attempt to use the sex of Dick Cheneys daughter against this admin. Its getting crass and low at this point. It really is.

Most definitely, he has used 'resolute' at least 100 times... D:

Sgt. Paine 10-14-2004 08:38 PM

Bush/Kerry both think they are funny...

guarnere 10-14-2004 08:41 PM

Not a bad debate...Bush wins this one! cool:

Drew 10-14-2004 08:44 PM

I think they both performed very well, but I think Bush really exposed Kerry as making plenty of attacks with little real solutions for anything.

Bush takes the third debate for the knockout. Election Day 2004, Bush wins by 4 percentage points.

President Bush has used HIS BRAIN only for 1% of each debate. Nothing to say on that?

clinton>kerry>nixon oOo: >bush snr>bush

Pyro 10-14-2004 08:45 PM

Yeah, Bush for the knockout :|

Overall from the 3 debates, Kerry won.

guarnere 10-14-2004 08:54 PM

How is it an open mind just because you're from a different country? You could still have the same views as the candidate and therefor favor him.

geRV 10-14-2004 10:07 PM

Bush =

"freedom and hard work" without those words he'd probably stand there like a muppet struggling for anything to say.....oh wait... oOo:

TGB! 10-14-2004 10:07 PM

Open mind? Youve clearly demonstrated that Shawn.

I know.

bukdez 10-14-2004 10:50 PM

Bush looked high as shit... did he have a stroke or something?... the left side of his face looked messed up, and it seemed as if he couldn't smile like usual...

Pyro 10-14-2004 11:08 PM

I hate how the President's appearance matters these days.

Short Hand 10-14-2004 11:11 PM

like nixons debate against JFK, the funny looks are a bigger weakness/ fault over anything he said. People take it as weakness, it cost nixon an election. didn't watch it all. May we be blessed this vote with a democratic president. there will not be a world left if we get this nut bag back in.

Old Reliable 10-14-2004 11:15 PM

we need to train the iraqis to do the hard work of democracy. -bush

what if they dont want to do the hard work? dumbfuck response

Unknown_Sniper 10-14-2004 11:21 PM

I loved it.
Kerry came right out. "we need to find the terrorists and kill them...or capture them"
I hated how he kept refering ot god though. In a country where there is supposed ot be seperation from church and state they refer to god a hell of a lot.
and I loved it when they were talkign about the minimum wage bush said something in rebuttal to kerry along the lines of
"Let me tell you about minimum wage. Eveyone knows the real problem is education. If we fix education like my office has tried... So that is why my retarded idea of no child let behind sucks ass and im stupid." - G. W. Bush

If you cant tell I didnt like bush in this debate.
*edit*
oh ya as to what pyro said about appearance, my girlfriend pointed out how the cameras would zoom in on bush when the sreens split, to make him look the same size as kerry.

ninty 10-14-2004 11:24 PM

I missed it. I had to work. cry:

Who won? happy:

Don't answer that.

Yea it SOOOO cost him the election that he lost by a WHOOPING 100K votes.

Thank god Canadians know our history so we dumb Americans dont have to!

[/quote:fe6c6]

he still lost, and his apperence may have been a factor in that loss, therefore it cost him the election...

many Canadians do know alot about US history, we learn it in school from an early grade, often our version of US history is a general schematic of the history as a nation, with less focus on individual state histories, and regional lore... I understand that most US schools make an effort to spend more time on state/local history, effectivley making the US education more whole in terms of US history... Canadians don't really think Americans are dumb, but often I think Canadians think Americans are less critical, but probably they are wrong...
