New trailer looks alright but a love story looks like its tagged along with the movie, and his love interest is a woman even though Alexander the great is said to have been a homosexual. Kilmer plays Philip the great. Should be alright since Oliver Stone is one of my favorite directors.

They actually delayed the movie because test audiences were saying there was too much man-on-man action. ed:

It was making them uncomfortable.

Kinda like the Colin farrell showing his wang in that one movie... And wait isnt he in alexander to? That filthy mick. biggrin:

Hmmm guess there is homosexual parts in there...good to see a director actually following history like there supposed to, just read that a oxford university gradutae was on the set to help on some of the battle scenes etc.. biggrin:

But yeah, val kilmer looks cool in it

loks good. probably will be better than all those other epic films out there since stone is directing it instead of "the creator of independence day" or whatever.

And they stole 41 Canadian Brigade Group's motto. Meh, I think it was a roman who said it anyway.

I'm histroy buff on alexander, I've read alot about. That man really amazes me and I cant wait to watch the film. Looks pretty good. I think theres too much on Alexander to be cramped into 2 and a half hours of film making me think they'll probably make a 2nd or even 3rd film.
