mp3 player help
 

ok, so for the holiday season, i asked for a mp3 player. BUT i dont know what to choose. can anyone help?


my dad said he could get me this, which i would be happy with:

or i can just get an ipod


anyone else have anything? im gonna try to stick under $250ish.

I have an iPod and think it's great, I'd recommend it. The Creative Zen players are supposed to be good, but I haven't used one myself. If you buy either an Ipod or a Zen you'll probably be a happy chappy.

I got the Zen and i like it alot.

i'll sell you my 6 gig Creative Nomad... it's only 4 times the size of discman... biggrin:...

my friend has the creative one - i've used it - its awesome.

iPods are WAAAY over-rated..more looks than anything else. Plus..its easy to control with the touch wheel..but it moves around a lot in your pocket. Like the songs will skip, and stop because of all the touch sensitive buttons.

Good thing you've never owned or even used one or your opinion might matter. rolleyes:

Get the Zen if you want a straight MP3 player.

Get an IPod if you want to pay extra for a bunch of unnecessary extra items (like games and a calendar)

Well, I would probably go I-pod, but...I have the Dell DJ, pretty nice. I had some install problems at first, but now it works great. I like it a lot. Cheap too.

i asked for a mp3 player for christmas 2 and i want a ipod SO bad but they are like 450 bucks and the mini ones aren't much cheaper so i will probaly just get a regular mp3 player (hopefully)

yea but the mini ones are halfassed, if your gonna get an ipod, go all the way.
