I follow the works of the catholic faith, not the wrongful actions. Pope John Paul II did appologize to the world (and jews for not helping them during wwii) for it's past sins. there also the little thing about how during the years of the plague you could pay a priest or someone to get your loved ones out of purgatory, or even buy your own way into heaven before you died. if thats not corruption I dont know what is.
