Well sometimes every couple thread clicks and sometimes when I click to go to the forums from the main page I get this gay little thing uptop..A little ad thing..

I scanned with spybot and it foudn nothing, anyone else get this and any idea how to get rid of it?..Thx

I just got an ad a couple seconds ago, right after I clicked REply. II used to get 'em right when I was logging in....you think maybe the ad disable has expired? (Forum Store)

i read how ads by goooogle works or whatever, basically if we click the ads, BS gets paid, and the site stays up, and stays good...

so i click those fuckers a couple times a day at least... i think we all should...

actually nooblet, if you can read, which I can, you can click the ads from safer places, i mostly click the ebay ones, i use adaware almost everyday anyhow...

Guys, calm down. It's not spyware.

It's called Interstitials. If you are interested in the ad, click, otherwise, press skip.

I screen'd the ads before I approve them on our website, I will disapprove extremely annoying ads, install gator shit ads, and onmouseover ads. If you see any, let me know and I'll disable it.

FYI the ad will only appear once every 6 hours.

EDIT: I might add an item on ad store to disable that too. So you guys complained about having nothing to buy at the store, now I'm giving you guys something to buy oOo:

the google adds don't bug me, like i said before i click them to support the site, i;m saving my GFD for a rainy day...

On Http://www.victorcharlie.net/forum (now down) there are also ads to support Simo because of high bandwith costs. He gets about .35 a click, so many people click on them to give him money. I myself probably clicked 200 times.

i personally really dont like the full page add!!

I'd much rather have a seperate page full of ads (link clickable from the top toolbar maybe) that i can click once every 6 hours than have a full page banner appear rather unexpectidly and annoyingly!!

No, you see the same ad only once in every 6 hours.. You get them another one every 10-15 minutes of browsing.

yup - i've had it everytime i've revisited the site. So thats around 4 times in around an hour.
